Just visited the Farmer’s Market in Howe Meadows. Took my 5 knives and Jeff sharpened them while I shopped! Great service! They are really sharp now, just did not realize how dull they had gotten. Will bring more in next time.

I dropped by the shop without an appointment one afternoon, and when I left about 12 minutes later my two Cutco knives were as sharp or sharper than when I bought them brand new. Jeff has great customer service and does a superb job. I will definately be going back again!

I called two days before Christmas and Jeff sharpened our knives that very day. I was able to get them out of the kitchen and back in their places while my husband was at work. So he was surprised with the gift notice on Christmas Eve. We’re both delighted to be slicing through things with ease. Thank you for friendly, speedy, and excellent service!

I called and stopped in on short notice. Jeff was able to sharpen my knives right on the spot and I was on way my in less than 15 minutes. When I got home and used my knives, I was thrilled, they cut like new! I would recommend The Wise Edge to everyone. They are fast, courteous, professional and reasonably priced… Great work!

Excellent service and skill. Took all of my knives to Jeff to have him sharpen them. They are sharper than they ever have been, even from the factory. He even fixed the sharp edge on the spine of one of my chef knives. Very skilled and knows what he is doing. My knives are wonderfully sharp now. Will be going back again I six months (or sooner) when my knives again need sharpening.

Jeff sharpened one of my very expensive knives from pampered chef and it is so much sharper!! This was at the Howe meadow farmers market on sat. I’m going to take my dad to the market this week and he’s going to get some knives sharpened too!!! Nice job Jeff!!!

Finally remembered to take our knives to the local farmer’s market in the Cuyahoga Valley this morning. We dropped them off, went “shopping” and picked them up on the way out. A great job: professionally done in an efficient (and friendly) manner. Truly one of those services you never think of, but will be constantly be reminded (of) every time we use these knives. I had my Global chef’s knife sharpened last weekend at my local farmer’s market. The service was friendly and only took a few minutes. Later that day I rediscovered the simple pleasure of slicing a ripe tomato with a very sharp knife!
I’m convinced my knife is now even sharper than when it was brand new. What a great service! Thank you.

I gave Mr. Wise a brand new paring knife that should have been quite sharp. It is now so sharp that testing it with a finger could have been dangerous.It it sharp from the hilt to the point.Thank you, Mr. Wise, you promised you’d make it sharp…and you did!
